@chuckwendig.bsky.social I feel like they got it backwards, because every pennsylvanian knows that a piece of good sharp cheddar melted onto a piece of apple pie is a thing of culinary beauty, but putting the apple on macaroni is a fail state waiting to happen. semolina is not pie crust.
